About Me
I’ve renovated more than 30 homes across California, Florida, and Chicago, transforming spaces ranging from modest residences to large-scale luxury properties. My most recent project was a 7,500-square-foot home featuring 7 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and a full guest house with its own kitchen. I took a neglected property and reimagined it to meet the expectations of today’s homeowners—modern, functional, and beautifully designed.
I’ve also overseen major structural renovations, including complete second-story additions. I collaborate closely with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and trusted vendors to create exceptional spaces tailored to contemporary living.
My priority is ensuring that every project runs smoothly, stays on schedule, and remains within budget. The first step in creating your dream renovation is a personal design discussion with me, where we talk through your vision, lifestyle needs, and any special features you’ve always wanted. Every home—and every homeowner—is unique. For example, one recent client requested a sound-isolated music room connected to his office, while his wife needed expansive kitchen islands to host the multiple friends and family members who often cooked alongside her. Together, we turned those ideas into a functional, beautiful reality.
From there, I determine how much space is required and the best way to incorporate your priorities into the existing layout. And if your home needs more room to bring your vision to life, we’ll explore smart expansion options.
Next, I transform our conversation into a clear, thoughtful design sketch. Once you’re excited about the concept, I collaborate directly with the architect to produce the first draft of your plans. This streamlined approach not only keeps your project moving smoothly forward, but also saves you significant architectural fees—because all design work is included in my service.

Contactor Selection
Choosing the right contractors is one of the most critical steps in any successful renovation—and I take that responsibility seriously. I personally interview each contractor, review their past work, speak with their previous clients, and negotiate the best possible pricing on your behalf.
My priority is to ensure you have a dedicated team that shows up every day, fully committed to your project. Many contractors juggle multiple jobs at once, causing delays and frustrating setbacks. I avoid that by selecting contractors who focus exclusively on your home and remain on-site daily until the work is complete.
My goal is simple: to deliver exceptional craftsmanship, keep your project on schedule, and make the entire process smooth and stress-free for you from start to finish.
Construction Management
Throughout your renovation, you can count on me to be on-site daily, ensuring your project moves foward as quickly as possible. Renovations often slow down because unexpected issues arise daily, even hourly—questions about switch placement, lighting locations, plumbing adjustments, or how to resolve an unforeseen problem.
When no one with the authority or expertise is present to make quick decisions, work stops and valuable time is lost. That’s why I’m there: to keep the project moving, provide immediate solutions, and make sure every detail is handled correctly.
